Product Overview

The PG1 Desktop Egg Inkjet Printer is a purpose-built coding system designed for high-efficiency marking on eggs and similar oval products. Its compact desktop footprint (580×480×320 mm) integrates seamlessly into existing packing lines, while mobile APP control allows operators to edit and trigger prints from a smartphone — no computer required. The adjustable print head accommodates various egg sizes (hen, goose, duck) without damaging shells.

With edible ink and support for 1 to 6 lines of print at 150–600 DPI resolution, the PG1 delivers crisp date codes, logos, QR codes, barcodes, and custom text directly onto eggshells. A built-in calculation function records every print job, providing clear production data at a glance. Available ink colors include red, black, and blue.
